Mentor Coaching We offer mentor coaching to the participants of our public and in-house coach training programmes and also to students which are presently on an external training programme. The student is supported by a qualified mentor coach in his/her learning and personal development, which is an integral part of the coach developing as a person, along with developing the necessary skills required. Supervision In2Blue offers supervision as one-to-one or in small groups not exceeding 5 people. Supervision for coaches has become an essential element of the coaching equation. Within this dynamic both the coach and the coach's clients are supported fully in a confidential professional and nurturing manner. We believe that supervision is a must for coaches and insist that it happens on a regular basis to be effective. |
